Service Description

A full-body session designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. NOTE this is NOT meant to be relaxing, and you will most likely be sore for a day or two after your session. Hydration pre and post session is super important here!
